Keep operations aware of repairs’ progress by regularcommunications and reports. Manage the team to work effectively and efficiently, as a team.▪ Monitor warranties and register claims. Issue reports of EXB, equipment condition evaluation,equipment utilization, budget, Capex, Opex and propose equipment for disposing.▪ Recognize the critical spare parts and ensure minimum and maximum stocks by using Ultimo. Placespare parts orders and ensure optimum stock availability.▪ Plan and implement technical training programmes for the technical team. Hands on technicaltraining programs according to organizational requirements. Deliver trainings, webinars and toolboxtalks. Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.▪ Ensure health and safety of all mechanics by holding Toolbox talks on daily basis.▪ Lead and motivate the workshop team in a professional manner. Adhere to establish high servicelevels and standards. Schedule weekly personnel shift rotations and implement personnel annualleave plan.

Supervise heavy equipment workshop, fabrication shop and distribution section. ▪ Plan, allocate and coordinate daily activities of heavy equipment division. Maintenance and repair of Trucks, Cranes, Loaders, Rollers, Excavators, Road Sweepers, Buses, Graders, pickups and cars. ▪ Rationalize an efficient minimum store stock of spare parts/material (emergency, consumable) and ensure availability of special tools, diagnostic software & trained manpower▪ Develop preventive/predictive maintenance schedules for heavy equipment, plants and facilities.▪ Schedule equipment deployment histograms for projects and Royal Facilities, distribute equipment and ensure availability of certified drivers & operators. ▪ Monitor/renew equipment registration licenses/insurance, operator driving licenses, TUV certifications and gate passes.▪ Monitor equipment running hours, equipment idle/breakdown/idle hours, fuel consumption, generators’ power consumption OPEX/CAPEX expenses, in order to ensure the efficient utilization of all resources. Supervise heavy equipment workshop (onshore), floating equipment workshop (offshore), fabrication workshop, machine shop, welding shop and power electricians’ workshop.▪ Maintain and repair heavy equipment, floating equipment, production plants & camp facilities, in order to maximize the availability of assets, minimize number and time of breakdowns / repairs and ensure the good physical and operating condition of equipment. Plan workshop activities, hierarchy priorities, follow pending works and ensure successfully completion of repairs. Establish and monitor preventive/predictive maintenance schedules of equipment. ▪ Maintenance and repair of trucks, cranes, loaders, excavators, rollers, dozers, graders, concrete pumps, pickups, cars, generators, welding machines, tower lights, air compressors, dewatering pumps.▪ Maintenance and repair of floating cranes, barges, tug boats and speed boats. ▪ Install, maintain and repair batching plants, Ice Plants, Sewage Plants, Power Plants.▪ Establish & monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). ▪ Plan minimum stock of spare parts (emergency, consumable, fast moving). Assign & supervise daily activities. ▪ Maintenance and repair of batching plants, ice plants, sewage plants, steam generator, power plants, water/firefighting pump station, sewage plant, chillers, water softeners, dust filters, HVAC and SCADA.
