● Contacting customers to understand reasons behind purchasing Copilot. ● Identifying questions the customer might have related to Copilot usage. ● Educate customers on the use of Copilot in different M365 products and services and provide guidance on best practices for improving productivity and collaboration. ● Advise customers on the different subscription plans and features available and help them to choose the plan that best meets their needs and budget. ● Keep up-to-date with the latest updates and enhancements to Microsoft 365 and Copilot, and communicate these changes to customers as appropriate. ● Document technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base for future reference. ● Collaborate with other technical support engineers and cross-functional partners to resolve complex technical issues.

● Help customers who have entered their grace period due to payment issues or low usage of Microsoft 365 workloads to evaluate the potential benefits of continuing their subscription. ● Educate customers on the use of Microsoft 365 products and services and provide guidance on best practices for improving productivity and collaboration. ● Advise customers on the different subscription plans and features available and help them to choose the plan that best meets their needs and budget. ● Guide customers through the process of resolving payment issues or increasing usage of Microsoft 365 workloads, including providing step-by-step instructions and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. ● Keepup-to-date with the latest updates and enhancements to Microsoft 365 and communicate these changes to customers as appropriate. ● Document technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base for future reference. ● Collaborate with other technical support engineers and cross-functional partners to resolve complex technical issues.

My duties include:* Providing both on-site and remote support to customers who require hardware and software assistance. (Remotely through TeamViewer and Anydesk)* Managing Office 365 user accounts, licenses, permissions and access rights.* Windows Server administration, managing users using Microsoft Active Directory, creating VPNs and managing their access rights.* Teaching users to adopt and utilize 365 Packages such as Teams to ease their communication by easily sharing files, setting up meetings, video calling, creating privileged folders etc.* Managing user accounts in Microsoft Azure Endpoint Manager, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams* Configuring and managing Voice over IP (VoiP) Phones, PABXs and other Volp -related equipment and softwares such as 3cx, Farsouth.* Configuring and monitoring network security features i.e Firewalls (Sophos, FortiGate, Mikrotik, Routers, Switches, Gateways and proxy servers. * Monitoring and maintaining network architecture and computer rooms, e.g. cabinets, air conditioning, uninterrupted power supply (UPS) and cameras* Setting up and managing customer network equipment on Ubiquiti Networks, these include Access Points, AC Meshs, Nanostations and endpoint monitoring softwares including Unifi Admin Centre and UNMS.
