Construction of Risk Based Audit Plan for the Group, Preparation of Dept. Budget., Attendance to a number of field audits mainly taking place abroad, Reviewing and finalising audit project prepared by Junior or Supervising Internal Auditors, Submission of Audit Reports to the Executive Mgt of the Company and the Audit Committee. Attending to ALL Audit Committee meetings and ALL Risk Management Committee meetings.

Company is also the co-owner of Hilton International and owner of Hilton Park Hotel in Cyprus) -Review of computerized audit reports prepared by junior and senior audit staff in respect of various areas of the group audited and submission of final audit reports to the Chairman/Audit Committee/CEO of the Group.-Review of systems and procedures in place, recommendation for changes or the establishment of new procedures and identify whether personnel properly adhered to the procedures both ashore and offshore ( this involves frequent travelling abroad). -Personally designing and drafting the Risk Based Plan of the Group. Based on the risk areas identified. Also drafting the procedure steps in the computerized internal audit software to be followed by the junior and senior audit staff during their field work. -Designing the structure of the computerized audit reports which are automatically produced by the internal audit software (Teammate+) .-Member of the Audit Committee, the Risk Assessment Committee & the GDPR Steering Committee of the Group. -Assisted in the drafting of the Risk Mg Reports of the individual Companies of the Group.-Assisted in the drafting of the comprehensive Information Security Policy of the Group.

My task was to control expenses of the group and to conduct internal audit of all our companies worldwide ( this involved frequent travelling abroad) and to prepare management accounts for shareholders evaluation.
