[OLA Cars - Asset and Seller Journey], [OLA Mobility - Fraud Detection and Prevention]OLA Cars:- Founding member and Product Owner: Asset journey and Seller journey across ~4.9M monthly active users - Scaled the business to 21 cities across India in 9 months to become the second-largest revenue-generating stream for Ola.- Developed an end-to-end seller journey flow on App and optimised the number of clicks which helped the seller to get a price quotation of the car within 2min.- Built an Inspection app which reduced the TAT of inspection from 1.5 hrs to 40 min and led to the automatic agent allocation process for inspection lead.- Managed a portal to collate the requisite data for listing cars on the app. It optimized data verification and minimized the listing time from 2hrs to 30 min.- Set Up an IVR Inbound and outbound flows for drivers to book a car servicing slot which led to an overall 5X increase in daily scheduled services.- Digitalized the price governance flow to control the dynamic price and built a capability to change price of the listed cars in bulk and capture their audit log.OLA Mobility:- End-to-end owner of the partner actioning engine for Indian & International businesses, having direct recovery of ~INR 3 crore ($450,000)/month.- Constructed the lifecycle management framework for risky actions such as dynamic penalization, off-roading etc. - real-time state management of partners involved in fraud, reducing repeat fraud behavior from 32% to less than 5%.
