I am presently a Director of Baron Forge. My focus is on business strategy, client development and procurement. My passion is grounded in building and construction and the unique ways mankind can develop and build spaces. I enjoy the dynamic element of construction and how it ties to the economy, the ability to work across various projects and the resulting challenges. My career path commenced in Project Management which evolved into Procurement Management and due to my growth mindset and the hunger to learn, I completed my MBA to broaden my lens and challenge my self-knowledge. This has led to my role as Director, as I’ve developed my knowledge across other facets of the organisation which is critical to business success. My leadership style is one of building trust, listening, and observing, whilst enabling my team to succeed by developing themselves both personally and professionally. A result orientated construction, operational systems, and development professional, I have proven expertise across all aspects of the industry. Additionally, I hold a Master of Engineering – Construction Management, and an Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School. I am recognised for my ability to incorporate innovative procurement techniques that result in enhanced business practices and increased productivity. Additionally, I have a demonstrated track record for the successful completion of multimillion-dollar projects whilst managing a variety of stakeholders.
