- Support recruitment function in the administration of the recruitment process that includes the internal transfer process, vacancy files, seniority reports and liaising with clients, recruiters and HRMPs- Document all new employees and transfers and ensure all information is processed and entered into HRIS and appropriate benefit and pension enrollment- Process internal forms for retirements, leaves, resignations and enter into HRIS and other systems as appropriate- Back up to HR Assistant and point of contact for all queries from employees, managers, union representatives- General administrative duties that include vacancy list, back up to translation services, compensation and benefits administration, long term disability leaves and other leaves and retirements- Provide administrative support to client groups by receiving inquiries by way of telephone, email and walk-ins- Interface between staff and HR and complete employee requests by reviewing and accessing HRIS
