Budgeting, forecasting, monthly management reporting, internal consultant, support to admin for statutory financial reports.Achievements: implementation of a CPM system (Corporate Performance Management) for group financial planning, with a 30% time reduction for the preparation of budget, plans and enterprise reporting. Between 2013 and 2015 Mr. Panchetti supported the CFO activities related to the issuance of three bonds for a total amount of 570 euro/millions, focusing on the preparation and review of the Offering Memorandum and supporting the pre-marketing and road show activities.

The Company is focused on the development of the direct retail channel, with shops located all around Italy. Among others, the main activities are related to have POS responding to the corporate identity, with the full range of products, but also as LAB for the Parent Company to test new products, devices and organizational procedures. Reporting to Group CEO, leading the administration, management control and ICT offices located in Madrid, Milan and Rome.Achievements: start up and coordination of the Luxembourg holding (BoD member till 2010), of the Ciprus and Israeli subsidiaries and of a joint venture in UK. Set up of about 20 new legal entities in Spain and Italy through extraordinary corporate transactions and M&A activities. Introduction and organization of a centralized treasury department together with shared controlling processes. Definition of a Group Transfer Price Policy and International tax planning. SAP implementation and outsourcing of non-critical part of ICT infrastructure.

As part of the team chosen by First Reserve (private equity fund, owner of the Group) Mr Panchetti was in charge of Controlling and Administration dept. since the early stage of the acquisition in 2008. The Group changed his name in 9Ren Group at the end on 2008.

Mr. Panchetti was the main interface within the Italian and Indian management in relation to the commercial and production decisions, coordinating the budgeting and controlling activities and managing the issues related to transfer pricing policy.

Chief controller with responsability over administrative and finance procedure, IT Coordinator, chairman in Staff resource comitee, team leader in SAP implementation.Business restructuring and process optimization with about 2 million € savings achieved on SG&A. Review of the controlling activities and outputs, update of the SAP release and implementation of new processes. Turnaround ended in 2006 with the sign of an order for 8 ferry ships (equivalent to 6 years backlog).

Achievements: identified permanent savings for about 20 million euro, reached reviewing all the main corporate processes, from product engineering to marketing and post sales strategies.

Review of the controlling activities following the adoption of lean production principle. Optimization of the information stream dedicated to the monthly financial statements with a reduction of about 7 days for the availability of the management accounts. In house development of a portal dedicated to report distribution. Mr. Panchetti was also Key User for the implementation or the Oracle Business One ERP.
