As part of a team of playworkers delivering free play sessions primarily on estates in Tower Hamlets I have seen projects through from start to finish developing meaningful relationships with children and families as well as local organisations. Currently we are running after school and holiday play sessions at Whitehorse Adventure Playground.

Worked with local families experiencing social barriers to The Royal Parks in order to facilitate access to the Gloucester Gate and Greenwich Park playgrounds. I worked with community groups to deliver free after school sessions and events both in The Royal Parks and the local estates. Assembled and managed a diverse, tight-nit team of playworkers utilising reflective practise in weekly team meetings and supporting their professional development.
