Performing as QA/QC Inspector for YAMAL LNG PROJECT at Siemens Batu Ampar, Batam for E-house module ( Main Utilities Substation) batch 1,2 and 3

Performing as QA/QC Inspector for monitoring of fabrication, installation, inspection, witnessing, testing and documentation. Review documents such as itp, wps, welder certificate, nde procedure & afc drawing. Check and monitoring welding activities as per wps, itp. Fit up inspection, back gouging inspection, welding inspection. Witness of vacuum test, air test, hydro test and load test. Preparing inspection report, material traceability report & welding consumable report and RFI to owner/ third party, attendance qa/qc & project meeting, prepared weekly report and report to qa/qc coordinator

• Performing as QC Inspector for controlling quality of building of block, helideck structure, crane column, column, living quarter of oil rig. Incoming material inspection basis of relevant project contract specification, Ensure approved WPS as well as qualified welders are available, Review the latest revision of drawings approved for construction, review rules, specifications and standard requirements, Monitor and Control of welding consumable and welder performance record. Monitoring subcontractor’s work for compliance with quality requirements, Inspection for fit-up,back gouging, alignment and visual inspection of all welds, Witness of air test, vacuum test, load test, Prepare daily inspection reports.
