I am a developer interested in Free and Open Source software, as well as in the Web. I am involved in several communities (Mozilla, Framasoft, the FSFE, Tatoeba).I thought I was done with education but then I discovered 42, a school with no fee, no diploma or knowledge required, based on collaboration between its students. Thanks to its methods and pedagogy, I acquired and consolidated technical knowledge, but more importantly, the ability to quickly learn new things.Learning at 42 is done by working on projects. So I created, with a team, (among other things) a mini shell and a raytracer, using a part of the libc previously recoded. The whole thing had to respect a specific norm.One of our current projects is to recode the school intranet.I coded in C, JavaScript, PHP (object oriented), used MySQL and MongoDB, wrote some HTML5 styled with CSS (sometimes using LESS). I used unrestrainedly zsh and Vim for all these projects.
