• Managing the accounts and finance functions through planning, directing, monitoring, and controlling including MIS reporting, Treasury management, Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, General ledger accounting, Payroll accounting & approvals, Petty cash management, Asset capitalization, Purchase costing, Ageing analysis, Month-end account closing, Budgeting & forecasting, Cash flow projections, Process and system improvements, Insurance renewals, IFRS & Tax compliance, Coordinating with Auditors & Credit Rating agencies, VAT returns filing, etc. • Analyze the operating results versus budget & previous periods, notify key points to the respective Head of Business. • Ensures proper internal controls, policies, and processes are implemented and maintained.• Sustaining relationships with banks, negotiating with them, and ensuring that financials and other requirements are met. • Preparation of the quarterly financials and analysis for the Board of Directors, including the consolidated Group financials report.• Participation in preparing budgets and financial forecasts for all companies in the group. • Responsible for managing and completing annual audits, ICV audits, and group consolidation audits in accordance with Group accounting policies and IFRS standards.• Reviewing and presenting to top management the group's budget and cash flow projections.• Responsible for all insurance coverages required by group companies.• Managing Credit Rating agency’s relationships and providing periodical data requirements for the appraisal. • Completed implementation of SAP S4/HANA ERP system (integrating with LS Retail & Smart HR) for all business units across the entire group of companies and coordinated with the IT team to continue improving the ERP system.
