I am a certified Scrum Master & Associate architect with over 12 years of experience. In my current role, I wear multiple hats, serving as both a Scrum Master and a Principal Software Engineer. I excel in coaching teams towards self-management and cross-functionality, ensuring the resolution of impediments hindering sprint goals. And an engineer having experience in (ELK, Grafana, Infra Monitoring, AppDynamics APM) and Cloud Computing Administration, Cloud Native DevOps (AWS, AZURE). Recently, I have completed my specialization in Cloud Computing and ITIL V4 certification.Before, I worked as a desktop support engineer to support 400+ end users, a system administration, a team lead of 5 people. All my previous experiences helped me to think of out of the box solutions. My profession as a engineer I have to work with different stakeholders in order to understand requirements, expectations, roadblocks to deliver the business needs.I have received star performer award in 2019, 2020 and 2022 in my current organization for my contribution towards organization goals.I always make sure team members are at a comfort level, always open to help team members and to seek help as well. I have strong patience to listen.Open to learn new technologies and can take new challenges in new areas as I believe in myself.
