Looking for new opportunities and exciting challenges.My current responsibilities include: - Conduct proactive monitoring, investigation, and mitigation of security incidents. - Detailed malware analysis, including sandbox and manual analysis of the file in the malware lab (Isolated virtual server). - Identify suspicious/malicious activities or codes. - Identify and investigate suspicious network traffic and putting up preventive measures. - Identify suspicious logins of the users and taking preventive actions. - Documentation of updated procedures and SOPS as well as creation of new procedures. - Checking incidents escalated from L1 SOC members, Validation of junior SOC member’s triages. - Handling of the KT process of new team members.I have Hands-on Experience on: - Investigation on email alerts which includes analysis of phishing emails, spam emails, malicious attachments and blocking of IOCS based on analysis. - Splunk Logs analysis, alert creation and maintenance. - Dark web monitoring and taking possible preventive actions on data leaked on dark web. - Mitigation of the email delivery issues of the users with identifying the root cause of the issue. Creation of new rules and modification, validation of the existing rules in Proofpoint. - Integration of SIEM tool - ArcSight, content part, cases with support teams.
