Primary contact to coordinate between Production support team & deployment to make sure the delivery meet within timeline. Managing warranty of post production release with the team and articulate issues and risks in timely manner to higher management. Providing regular , accurate and transparent information on status of project deliveries to all internal & external stakeholders. 2. Application Ownership (ITAO) : Manage/Own Internal and external application audits and Audit issue remediation activities. On-board SDLC governance process for all of the application under remit with 100% efficiency.
