Training material built + revamping the manual emailing process to newer reporting platform for easier TAT observations.2) Have been one of the four managers leading the new data fields launch on our platform. Participated starting from the project scope definition till execution (product launch). Got a chance to contribute in manpower requirement assessment; project guidelines preps; data collection manuals preps; looking into initial data discrepancies or queries from the collection teams.3) One of the leads for Digitization of internal collection teams training material. Constantly bridging the gap between the project sponsors and project teams. Starting from imparting the exact project charter needs till closing the testing of digitized content with new batches.4) Ideated & worked on preparing a specialized front line manager training plan.

Analyzing broad range of Environmental data through a variety of company and governmental disclosures, to provide users with an in-depth, multi-faceted view into the nature and strength of a company’s resistance to changes in Climate components.
