Ltd., I led various projects in different industries, including energy production, machinery and manufacturing, forging, automation, and waste management.One of our significant achievements was the productivity improvement and maintenance project for B.A.R.C. Extrusion Press, a 35 MN Rod extrusion press used in the nuclear fuel division of BARC. By changing the sequence of the process and using a special apparatus to place uranium in a copper jacket, we were able to save 3% uranium. We also optimized the process by organizing raw material, creating a cleaner and less radioactive workspace for workers. Our team of 15+ skilled workers carried out press preventive maintenance activities, which resulted in one of the highest production rates and fastest delivery of semi-process nuclear rods for nuclear power plants.In the machinery and manufacturing industry, we developed AC drive tube bender, Advance Servo tube bender, and Section bender.We also worked on the simulation for the transport of an asymmetrical shaped forging over a truck. Our team optimized the design for clamping the part, simulated asymmetrical forces that may occur due to road condition and G forces, and added extra supports for extra strength. We successfully transported a 12-ton part with dimensions of around 1.2m in height, 4 meters in length, and 2.2 meters in width.In the automation industry, we designed an automation setup with Mitsubishi Articulated arm for automated assembly with limited staff, and for organic shaped parts. We also developed Uranium band saw cutting with B.A.R.C. and collaborated with a company to establish a business from manufacturing to customer handling for the Vortex Tube.Finally, we worked on waste management projects, including recycled foam sheet maker and bag making by stitching and sewing. We developed a new product containing XLPE foam in a tile form, which became a highly profitable business in insulation
