Hi, 👋🏻 my name's Paneet Hans, and I'm a 3rd year Honours Commerce Student at McMaster University - DeGroote School of Business. As a driven and dedicated individual and life-long learner with many passions and interests, I am constantly searching for new and dynamic opportunities to challenge myself and build my understanding of business apart from the classroom. This fuels my dedication to councils such as the DeGroote Finance and Investment Council where I learn and build my understanding of financial fundamentals, and am actively supported by senior mentors to gain skills in data and financial analysis, equity research, model building, and investment theory, while being trained to effectively conduct research and review financial information and market trends.Moreover, I am passionate about the symbiotic relationship of mentorship, and look for amazing opportunities to be both a mentor and mentee because I believe we can learn so much from one another's experiences. As a mentor on the High School Business Heroes team and First Year Orientation Program, I am able to see firsthand the amazing benefits mentorship can instill in both mentor and mentee, as it can teach both valuable lessons, all while bridging meaningful relationships.I'd love to connect and learn from your experiences!
