Undertook a six-week attachment at the ISEH for the research project titled "Menstrual cycle phase and biomechanics in female footballers: a pilot study" (UCL REC Project Approval No. 25759/001) under the supervision of Dr Jo M Blodgett (UCL) and Dr Ryan SL Au Yeung (HKU). This overseas research attachment* was funded by the Laidlaw Undergraduate Research and Leadership Scholarship. - Assisted with pilot study design and early-stage setup, including baseline questionnaire and materials development- Developed a full pilot study protocol on (1) biomechanics testing (double and single leg squats and jump-landing tests with the Landing Error Scoring System) and (2) ovulation tracking; with a designated integrated participant management portal- Piloted data collection with OpenCap, an open-source cloud-computed platform that estimates movement dynamics and kinematics with smartphone videos on fieldwork training settings with a FA WNL Division One team of 20 participants (>100 trials)- Analysed baseline data with R and working on future journal publication with the ISEH team since Aug 2023*On-site research attachment from mid-June to late-July 2023. Subsequent work was done offsite/hybrid.

Curated and taught English enrichment learning programmes for junior and senior secondary school students at a prestigious and academically renowned EMI institution for four semesters (with a fifth incoming). Designed and prepared my own teaching materials based on the formal school curriculum.[Spring and Fall Semesters 2023, Fall Semester 2022]After-school enrichment programmes for secondary three (year 9) students, mirroring the corresponding progress of the school subject syllabus with a focus on grammatical knowledge consolidation while nurturing practical reading, writing and speaking skills.[Summer Semester 2022]Summer learning programmes for secondary three and four (year 9 and 10) students, covering topics including creative & essay writing, data manipulation & analysis, grammatical literacy and practical writing skills through nine sessions. All students taught passed the final assessment for promotion to their next year of study with an 80%+ of the full score.

I led a team of fifty prefects responsible for discipline-keeping at school and assisting at major school functions. In my capacity as the Head Prefect, I have introduced a Code of Conduct in an effort to improve organizational transparency and accountability of student leaders/officials at school. I have curated several training events encompassing de-escalation, crisis management and effective communication for fellow prefects. As the de facto head boy of the school, I was also tasked with receiving VIPs during official visits and have facilitated live chat sessions during Chinese Academician Qi Faren (Chief Designer of China's first manned spacecraft).

As the deupty chief editor, I oversaw liaison, administrative and logistic affairs of the Yellow Dragon* Editorial Board of the year and co-led its English Section editorial team. Together with the Chief and another Deputy Chief Editor, I have taken a primary role in the compilation of the 500-page school magazine encompassing the state of the college, school team and club reports and contributed articles.*The Yellow Dragon is the school magazine of Queen's College. It is the world's first Anglo-Chinese bilingual school magazine, first published in 1899.

I have steered the school's school history and gifted education student body with appointment to the Head Ambassadorship for two consecutive years, reinvigorating this three-year-old team that had undergone several leadership changes recently. I have curated multiple history education programmes internally for incoming freshmen and externally, service programmes assisting the LCSD museums. During my office as the Head Student Ambassador, I have successfully achieved an 100% member retainment rate for both years and expanded the team to its largest in recent years.
