I am a design & innovation professional who is also a farmer, artisan, writer, poet and storyteller. My base work station is our farm in rural Uttarakhand, India (A small village ahead of Almora town).I am a post graduate in Visual Design from IDC, IIT Bombay, and have over two decades of work experience. Core areas of my work include conceptualization of products and solutions, business design, information architecture and taxonomy, UI/UX/CX strategy and design, communication & brand design, etc. I also involve myself with writing prose and poetry and designing/making wooden artifacts. The primary driver of this project was to create an eco-resort driven by local resources. The idea was to skill and employ locals so that we not only create a sustainable model of tourism but also help check migration through creation of local opportunities for business and employment.

Creating content for children along with a fabulous team of illustrators, animators, writers and programmers was an experience to cherish. We not only managed a portal for kids but also went live with a portal for parents and an e-commerce platform for children. Looking back, I think being ahead of time worked against us.
