In charge of the electrical system engineering of commercial projects ranging from disaster relief vehicle to construction equipment. Responsible for the electrical design adequacy. Accountable for the budget and schedule of the electrical system development, integration and testing.Appointed as a core team member for a Japan-market penetration project (Project ExtremV) which was to develop a disaster relief vehicle for Japan’s Fire and Disaster Management Agency (FDMA) after the massive earthquake in 2011. Together with the team, overcame a number of challenges including short time frame, supply chain disturbance, limited internal resources and demanding customer. Successfully completed the project and impressed our customer with our high-quality product.

To perform system safety analysis and reviews, propose design improvements for the products and implement the safety mitigation. Involved in a wide range of projects from military troop carrier to commercial dump trucks.Appointed as the System Safety Engineer for a $280 million defense-export project (Project Warthog) which was to supply more than 100 units of all-terrain vehicles to UK Ministry of Defense (MoD) for the anti-terrorist operation in Afghanistan. Worked closely with my MoD customer and met their stringent safety requirements. Managed two UK consultancies for legislation and environment aspects, and ensured their timely delivery of the services. Represented my project team in UK MoD Safety Review Panel and successfully cleared the panel review.
