For EU-funded projects in the Public Education sector, I am responsible for defining content and analyzing trends, designing communication strategies and draft production plans for the audio/video production of interviews, documentaries, event wrap-ups, Online Open Courses, tutorials and webinars. I coordinate internal staff and external stakeholders to assist and support in the production.I am fully responsible for the agency's podcast releases from planning, to recording to postproduction.I am responsabile for the administrative, technical and financial relationship with the video/sound/animation framework external contractors. In strict cooperation with the Event Team, I'm in charge of the audio/video preproduction and live broadcast delivery of streamed large events (both full online and hybrid) using MS Teams, Streamyard, OBS, RMTP protocols and NDI): full video workflow, audio production/mixing, IT setup.

I was in charge of managing the JRC Alumni online community, keeping the relationship with the members, working groups and Board of Governors. I prepared documents, statistics, reports and visual content (graphics and video) for the community, I kept the relationship with the Social Media team and monitored Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns. I contributed in developing face to face events, meetings and agendas working both on administrative/organisational and on communication tasks.Related to outreach tasks, I was in charge of drafting the monthly "Science & Policy newsletter". This included researching and monitoring several different sources of information like minutes, agendas and reports of the activities of the European Institutions (European Commission, Council, European Parliament, Committee of the Regions, European Economic and Social Committee) and of other European Conferences and Meetings.
