- Ensure smooth operation of projects in a tight deadline- Track artist submissions and liaise between artists, client and production team using Shotgrid, Slack, and Google Workspace- Responsible for shipping materials, taking notes, screening for errors, managing asset, scheduling for freelancers- Projects: Chimimo, Get Rolling with Otis
