Ltd., I am responsible for creating and implementing effective strategies, policies, and processes that align with the senior management's vision and goals. I oversee customer service, compliance, IT solutions, and operational progress, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.I also lead the digital marketing department, designing and managing campaigns across various platforms and channels, coordinating with advertising and media experts, and monitoring and reporting on the performance and budget of each campaign. I aim to make BatchMaster ERP the best suited ERP for all the process manufacturers, by solving their business problems with modern technology and innovation.I have a B.E. degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Medicaps, and a passion for learning and applying new skills. I have developed a customer-centric mindset that enables me to adapt to new insights and challenges.
