Working in Corporate Financial Restructuring Department, (a part of Corporate Finance) as an Dy. Sr. Manager.Responsibility Includes- Preparing Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss A/c of Company on monthly as well as on quarterly basis and then consolidate it at the end of the year into final Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss A/c. - Make analysis of Profit & Loss A/c of the company on monthly basis to examine the monthly trend of profit and loss position of the company. - Comparison of monthly contract wise cost statement with actual monthly profit & loss account and analyze the variances between them.- Prepare Fund flow Statement of the Company and analyze the projected fund requirement. - Regular Secretarial compliances including those of ROC and Stock Exchanges. - Representing Income tax matters of the group companies and preparing related details thereto. - Coordination with Internal and Statutory Auditors.

Work in quality assurance department to review financial statement based on IFRS and UK GAAP.Responsibility Incudes:- Review of financial statements based on “International Financial Reporting Standards” (IFRS).- Valuation of portfolio / funds from Bloomberg.- Review of statutory compliance related to Companies Act and compliance of policies & procedure as laid down by company.- Review of engagement letters and confirmations (bank confirmations, debtors / creditors confirmations etc.)- Identifying weaknesses in key control areas and presenting methods for procedural improvements.

Unit Finance Controller of the Company.Responsibility Includes:- Support Business in Achieving Target Financial Performance (including P&L targets, Effective Cost Management, Receivables Management). - Process Improvement & Internal Controls including Daily review of MM Business to identify Yields, Discounts. Escalate all issues to UH / RCM.- Strengthen Control and Compliance environment including timely submission of all Statutory MIS and Schedule VI requirements to the Controlling group including Monthly Financials / Quarterly Audit requirements/ Inter-company Reconciliation etc. - Review the monthly store requirement and ensure ideal inventory level to reduce inventory carrying cost. Identify and highlight slow/non-moving items to Unit / production head and help facilitate decisive action.- ABC related compliance monitoring.

Responsibility Includes:- R.K.Duggar & Company: Put forth innovative ideas and concepts for Auditing – Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and System Audit.- Ashok Poddar & Company: Management Consultancy which included Credit and Financial Appraisal of Transporter and Construction companies, Credit control and ageing analysis (Debtors Audit), Health check of fund-based and non fund based facilities and Analysis of Financial Ratios.
