Hello, I am Pankaj Asanani completed my bachelor of Interior design from the VNSGU ( Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat ) in December 2016, after completed my studies I worked at Surat. From the last few years I have learned too much in my fields. New material, technology and inspired by some architects. I started my personal project, during which I faced some challenges with design, coordination with client, project calculation as well as how to handle, and complete project on time period.INTERNSHIP - Genesis architects & interior design (MAY2015-OCT2015) Intern- Reviewing sketches and drawings by architects or designers for feasibility and functionality- Identifying the best materials for surfaces and furnishings based on price and availability- Communicating with clients to obtain feedback about their preferences and needs- Produce architectural drawings using AutoCAD.- Presenting designs to clients for approval before moving forward with construction or productionAntariksh design studio (JAN2017-APR2022)- Undertake design project from concept to completion.- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.- Negotiate fees and set schedules for the project.- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.- Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements.- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors.I worked as an interior designer in Surat ( Gujarat). project ( Avadh Kingsbury) there I worked as site execution. My job was to manage entire club house works according to designs. I also handle 25+ agencies with all problems and challenges. There I made some contacts with good agencies and learned from them.Sarwam Kitchen (MAY2022-PRESENT) Project Manager - Interior Designer- Creating a plan which details the layout and appearance of all installations and loose furniture.- Managed a team of designers to complete projects on time and within budget, while maintainingthe highest level of quality in design services.- Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and preferences in detail, including any specialconsiderations or concerns.- Ensure that projects stay within budget guidelines.Recently I completed residence, showroom, landscapes, and commercial projects in Navsari. I also completed outsourcing projects in Madhya Pradesh and Varansi.Every year I visit in ACETECH exhibition at Mumbai. SKILLS - AutoCAD, Google sketch up, Site supervisor.Thank you
