COVID has pushed us all unlike me many other people were fired or had to leave their jobs, I fall into the second one. I came to my hometown thinking of potential business opportunities and this one triggered me. It's been a little long time since I started planning but COVID had left some mark on all of us so I'd have to wait for the right time. Since that time we've made continuous development in the construction of premises and creating a better eco-system for our business. We are planning our product launch very shortly.

As an Omni Sports leader, my complete focus is on helping out the user in guidance related to any sport i,e. Instore & Outside store as well.My Responsibilities include:-Building an Omni Sports Project for the store and Henceforth for the Entire store,-Identifying Local influencers and users to create an eco-system for Constant Community Engagement on Various Social Media Platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp.-Adopt and Modify my offer/ Layout by analyzing user behaviour and Seasonality.- Building a Digital Communication Plan for My sport and the store with a Clearly defined KPI and Allocated Budget to Meet the Targets Yearly.-During my tenure I'd double the store's Digital Share from just 1% to 4% of the store whose Monthly turnover is around 1.2Cr to 1.5Cr.- Same for the Department I was working For My Sports Contributions PA was 75 Lakh in the 1st year and 90 Lakh in the 2nd year of my Tenure.- I've trained Sports Coaches & Sports leaders on the topic of Omni Marketing.

it's been amazing coming out from what we learned and applying those tactics and knowledge to make it better.So in purolife, I'm working under Mr. Chiranjeevi and as part of my job, I'll be interacting with the target Consumer as well as potential consumers of the purolife products.
