1)     Maintenance of Desoutter torque tools & controller, Atlas Copco torque tool, Tohnichi  torque tool, Yokota torque gun.2)     Maintenance of Roller conveyor, TOD conveyor, Shuttle cart conveyor, Tow conveyor..3)     Maintenance of Assembly line stations, Mechwash head washing machine , Proceco head washing machine, leak test machine.4)     Maintenance of engraving marking machine, sealent dispensing machine.5)     Knowledge of Siemens PLC -S 300 & S1200 ( basic) & all electrical panels.6)     Knowledge of documentation like TPM, Safety, CPS (Caterpillar Production System),SAP, MTBF, MTTR, OEE.

1) Maintenance of Rectifier, HWG boiler(Hot water generator)2)     Maintenance of Baking oven ,supply & exhaust blower 3)     Maintenance of Pretreatment stages like HWR ,KOD, Degrease ,WR1, WR2 ,Activation ,Phosphate, WR3,WR4,RCDI.4)     Maintenance of  CED stage.5)     Maintenance I beam conveyor6)     Maintenance of  All electrical panels, Siemens PLC , pump and motors.7) Ability to handle 20 + manpower team.8)     Knowledge of TPM documentation, MTTR, MTBF.

1)     Maintenance  of various equipments like VFD, RECTIFIER, Chiller unit, Electrical panels & Motors , PLC hardwiring AMF Panel, APFC Panel ,LT room in Paint shop, 2)     Maintenance of conveyor.3)     Maintenance of Burners (weishaupt  & Baltur ).4)     Maintenance of propane yard and unloading of propane gas.5)     Involve in activities like DWM, 5-S, TPM ,CIT,TPM documentation.6)     Achieving zero breakdowns by JH and TPM and helping the production peoples to maintain their machine7)     Implementing CBM and TBM resulting increased MTBF and ensuring plant availability.8)     Preparing root cause analysis reports for subsequent reference and implementing low cost.
