I am a key leader within the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) at Publics Sapient, driving its expansion across various dimensions in B2B and B2C domains. My role involves partnering with local teams across NA, EMEA and APAC during Sales processes to shape deals, overseeing scalable rollout of enterprise solutions globally, encompassing Salesforce and its integrated touch points. Beyond the Salesforce ecosystem, I possess expertise in AWS cloud services, enabling me to make informed technology decisions that maximize ROI for our clients and enhance value for their customers.Through my tenure, I successfully implemented cross-cloud solutions encompassing Salesforce, Data platforms, MarTech, and various cloud services such as Azure and AWS. These initiatives have been pivotal in achieving strategic objectives and delivering comprehensive business outcomes for our clients. I am working on adoption of Generative AI in different engagements to gain efficiencies and speed across the board. This spans its use for coding by developers to creating solutions that leverage elements of Generative AI like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) for building systems that are future ready.

India

During my tenure, I was involved in seeding the Salesforce capability at Publicis Sapient, spearheading some of our initial Salesforce engagements. I collaborated closely with local sales teams to shape deals for this nascent capability within the organization, actively participating in end-to-end sales cycles, including presenting proposals in person on multiple occasions.Simultaneously, I led the solutioning and deployment of enterprise-grade custom solutions on AWS. This involved establishing a robust Dev Ops process with containerized deployments along with usage of native cloud capabilities for seamless fail over, high performance and enhanced reliability.Additionally, I solutioned and implemented a highly scalable experience platform for a global logistics leader, meeting stringent performance requirements. This encompassed deploying a content management platform for enterprise-level content management and B2B partner integration. For the same client, I also designed and launched applications using Angular, laying the groundwork for their subsequent single-page applications.
