The business objective of Flexcab finance is to maintain and manage the financial transactions that happens as a result of Generation of invoices to the customer. Finance is designed to be used by FLEXCAB tool to manage all customers and there respective services. FLEXCAB is very complex tool and it is completely based on hierarchy calculations. FLEXCAB manage all customer products and its associated plans required for bill calculation, discounts and transections. Roles and Responsibility:Batch production support for APAC. Functional problem analysis and fix.Solved more than 30+ functional dockets.Involved in different business queries and production support queries.Worked as a lead position for the team for six months.
