Developed Job Competency Assessment (JCA) model for the knowledge workers of the company by using Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) technique. Also studied Organization Structure, Culture, Processes in order to enhance worker's Productivity.

My Project was on Training effectiveness evaluation. I was responsible for designing the feedback questionnaire, collecting data through one to one interactions across different departments, Analyzing collected data and presenting the Training report to the Management. I did it for Behavioral as well as Technical Programs.
