* Coordinating with marketing department for new projects.* Preparing shop & construction drawing.* Coordinating with consultant, architect, clients & project team.* After getting a project to understand the Project details & requirements of clients.* Cross-checking work is done list or daily progress list.* Managing & maintaining site expenses and Cash flow statements for the projects.* Maintaining & preparing running Invoice, Final invoice, as-built document.* Follow up & coordinating with clients for payments.* Satisfactorily handing over the project with all snag attended.* Coordinate and ensure submittal of project closeout documentation.
