Communicate with the ships arriving to Hamriya port through VHF / SSB / Telephone / E-Mail and arrange berthing / unberthing by providing tug assistance / Pilot (Mubarak Marineact as the Port Control of Hamriya Port)Monitor Company owned / under charter vessels, arrange spares, provision and crew change.Prepare necessary documents for inward / outward clearances for company owned / agencyvessels arriving in UAE Ports.Prepare Charter Party agreement, Deliver vessels at on hire Location, and communicatewith Principals, Master and agents. Arrange surveyors for class surveys and inspections and prepare the vessels forinspections.Manage alone the Radio room / office after hours and holidays.

Monitor loading / unloading of the vehicles.Value added services to the client to meet his requirements.Routing of cargo from Mumbai STC (Surface Transit Centre) to all over the country in atimely manner.Prepare necessary documents for company owned / vendor vehicles.Arrange vendor vehicles for the client and company requirement.Co-ordinate with various department inside the company.
