Carrying out EE & RE projects, adaptation and benchmarking studies. Closely worked with line ministries, Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), local governments (LGs), Electricity Regulatory Commission (ERC) & Alternative Energy Promotion Center (AEPC), community level electrification, sub stations, Power Trading Companies (PTC) for overall sustainable energy and reliable energy supply. Closely observed the procurement and financial management system, compare the INGOs and GoN PPA and PPR model in each and every activities of projects.
