• Administering the maintenance, preparation, and supervision of all books of accounts and financial statements including: Balance Sheet Profit & Loss Accounts Notes thereto• Planning and executing monthly / quarterly / annually closure schedules and providing monthly financial statements.• Coordination with the statutory audit and secretarial audit team.• Coordinate with the bank regarding the loan documentation, interest checking, and payment, bank guarantee, demand draft and fixed deposit etc.• Preparation of Net worth Statement for all Business partners.• Preparation of stock statement and its submission to the bank for cash credit limit renewal.• Reporting to Management for day-to-day working & monthly data.• Generating sales bills and e-Way bills.• Timely compliance with tax payments and returns for GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESI, and EPF etc.

• All types of entries in books of accounts like journals, payments, receipts, sales, and purchases.• Bank reconciliation for payments & receipts.• Accounts reconciliation for both payables & receivables.• Employee onboarding and his expenses reimbursement and salary payment.• Maintenance of the fixed assets register.• Coordinate with the Internal Audit Team.
