Joined Corporate Technical Capability & NOV Group to provide global reservoir engineering support across Function. Supported New Business Development Section for evaluating producing properties across Africa and Europe for Bid submission and property acquisition. Supported evaluating a proposed exploratory well from surrounding well evidence including projecting production profiles and evaluating economics. Prepared completion and testing policy for the exploratory well including provision for thermal completion and testing (heavy oil). Prepared drilling and completion cost, reservoir engineering budget, Tender Committee Proposals etc. for budget approval. Represented Company in Technical Committee Meeting (TCM) to propose the exploratory well to Ministry of Oil and gas (MOG) for their approval.Supported drilling operation of the exploratory well in pressure acquisition and PVT fluid sampling. During the same year 2015, supported another Team (Petrogas Rima) in Field Development Planning (FDP) Studies. Completed two reservoir simulation Projects and wrote the FDPs. Evaluated prospect of water flooding moderately heavy oil reservoirs and successfully implemented the first water-flood Project with encouraging initial results.

Full-field updation of Yibal Dynamic Model with pseudo relative permeability curve based on ongoing water-flood results. Integrated Production Modelling of Yibal & Al-Huwaisah fields with MBAL, PROSPER & GAP. Short term forecast with IPM Model - impact of reducing overinjection in Yibal and transportation of 40K m3/d of excess water to Al-Huwaisah. Impact studies on existing facilities.

Studies Reservoir Engineer in the newly formed Study centre at PDO. Involved in field development study of Marmul field. History match & prediction of two major sector models (MoRes/DYNAMO), recommendation for suitable water-injection and producing well patterns. Proposal for all the Marmul wells for the 2004 Drilling Campaign. Participation with WRM Group for well-picking and Drilling/Well Engineering Group for after-drilling review of the wells.

Served Oil India Limited (OIL) in different capacities for 16 years from Sr. Reservoir Engineer to Dy. Chief Reservoir Engineer. Was overall incharge of the Reservoir Engineering Section overseeing Field Development Studies, Well & Reservoir Monitoring, Reservoir Surveillance,Consultancy Studies and Mentoring & Training of the junior colleagues. Involved with extensive reservoir 3D-3P simulation studies in different software including transient well test analysis, log analysis,well productivity modelling etc.
