Responsible for Digital Factory infrastructure (Industries-4.0 Technologies) deployment in the South Asia. Engage with Supply units and drive the roll out of global programs aimed at improving productivity, reducing waste, reducing energy consumption etc. Evaluate the shop floor automation maturity and address gaps to make the required shop floor data available for global digital apps. Help supply units by addressing pain points via data driven insights and solutions. Conduct workshops aimed at imparting the skills and tools to support digital transformation in the region. Participate and lead IT-OT integration. Learn digital tools like Power BI and Power Apps to instantly leverage the cloud infrastructure and provide valuable insights from the shop floor data. In addition to the digital program responsibilities, managing automation & control project is also part of my responsibilities which include providing fit for purpose solutions to various international projects within the defined cost while maintaining quality & safety.

Responsible for Maintenance and Production of Nutrition Powder (Blending and Packing ) in shift.Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance of Packing Machines , Blender, shifter, etc. Preparing monthly Plan , batch documents review, arranging raw and packing material is also in my work profile.All material issue /Release captured by me in SAP.

Maintenance and Production in-charge in shift,looking both Process and Packing of detergent plant.Maintenance of Packing M/C and manage their critical inventory, TPM in plant , Maintenance of whole process equipment which includes screw conveyors , Mixer, Load cell , hoppers calibration etc was my responsibility.In Production preparing the weekly plan, availability of raw and packing material according to plan, manpower arrangement coordination with HR etc.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Utility & Inside Plant) for Detergent Plant whose production capacity is about 4500 Ton/Week.Apart from this I was the second in-charge of Powder Plant (First was Asst. Manager).

Electrical Maintenance of Powder (Surf Exel, Rin & Wheel) and Bar (Surf Exel, Wheel & Rin ) Plant. Electrical maintenance includes Utility also which consists 5 DG with capacity 750KVA, 4 Compressor , 2 Transformer etc. Apart from this i involved in production to relive shift in-charge for their week off.
