Implementation of new initiatives, mistake proofing for strengthening the process & product control17. Periodic evaluation & review of Quality improvement plan in accordance with Customer score card & internal performance18. To ensure system compliance in each department as Management Representative19. Working on feedback of customer end line patrol as well as in house process observations20. Continuous improvement to achieve zero defect at customer end & in process21. Analysis of customer complaints & warranty issues, review of 8D reports22.
