Being Closing Expert makes me first point of contact for any issue on my loan files. Drawing of financial loan documents with proper checks of Tolerance Cures and other charges is taken care by me. Active interaction with third parties like Title Company, Mortgage Insurance provider etc to timely close and fund the loan is also part of my purview. Work responsibility involves:• Handle the team of 20 members and daily activities which includes to update attendance on portal, prepare hourly and EOD report. • Worked on Multiple projects where, mange to review and action contents reported by user based on the policies as per the Client Implementation Standards. • To achieve Accuracy and Target on production as per the Client Metrics. • To provide Floor Support to the Analyst on Production. • To conduct session on daily basis related to Policies shared by Clients. • To conduct Spot Check and RCA of errors to improve accuracy and consistency. • Handle and trained the new analyst while certification process. • To provide Coaching based on the Error analysis and performance on analyst. • Add Innovative ideas to the process which helps in improving overall client expectations.

Work responsibility involves: • To prepare and send closing document package (Initial Closing Disclosure & Re-Disclosure). • To review and update various Title fees, payoff amount, hazard insurance and tax related information into the system along with Legal description, Title & Vesting information. • To calculate and adjust lender credit to match the CTC as per the Initial LE and also with reference to Loan officer comments. • Calculate and adjust the loan amount and get final approval from Senior Underwriter. • After getting Final approval we release Closing Instruction and closing docs and uploadin to the system along with payoff, tax, insurance, and appraisal invoice, clear to close notice, Title, legal description. • Maintain SLA and released closing disclosure on time to save closing from cancelling or rescheduling. • Worked on FHA, Conventional and Cash-Out loans in Closing Team.

Work responsibility involves: • Review file for all documentation necessary to facilitate completion of Initial and FinalApproved • Closing Disclosure in accordance with TRID guidelines. • Verify Earliest Closing date is accurate based on CD Signing date. • Review file for potential Change in Circumstances requiring re-disclosure of closing disclosure. • Adhere to all mortgage regulatory Compliance standards around timing, delivery andintegrity of disclosures. • Upon Receipt of signed CD from borrower or MLO or Processor, upload signed CD. • Training and Development on Initial Closing Disclosure to a batch of 8-10 individual as Mentor. • Worked on FHA, VA, Conventional and Cash-Out loans in different teams like Final Docs, Prior to Docs (PTD), Initial and Final Closing Disclosure.
