Focusing 18+ years in Design and development of Automotive HVAC, Cooling Systems, EV Thermal Management covering Battery, Cabin and Traction motor. Unique power saving consolidated system combining all above subsystems.Historically, R&D and Project management in the multi-cultural international environment are the key competences of professional life. Major working fields have been automotive air conditioning system and the components, like evaporator - condenser - heater core - compressors - HVAC - control panel, followed by powertrain cooling products, like radiator - oil cooler - charge air cooler.R&D capability, for both advanced & application, including inbuilt quality approach with teamwork spirit, was originally acquired during my experience working with global companies, Hands-on experience in strategic, technical and planning capability with value engineering.Working, communication & management skills adapting the multi-cultural international environment have been developed throughout the experiences and this was my personal interest as well. Having new findings, new stimulations, new learning and new friends in the world.Using above mentioned competences and experiences I am consistent contributing in the team.
