Currenta) Designation: Network Analyst III b) Role: NOC Lead c) Duration: 29/07/2019 – Till DateRoles and Responsibilities: -● Managing network devices at datacentres and office locations across the world for Worldpay from FIS.● Handling and resolving Major/ Minor Incidents, informational requests, and change request related to network.● Driving and participating in incident and change management calls for Network related incidents and changes.● Troubleshooting network issues related to WAN, LAN, MPLS, VPN, Firewall and Load Balancer.● Monitoring of network devices performance and for any alerts via network monitoring tools like CA spectrum, Entuity , ThousandEyes and CAPC . ● Performing F5 LTM changes related to VIP, profile, pool creation and installation of SSL Certificate.● Performing firewall changes related to configuration of access policies and dynamic routing.● Hands on experience on Cisco, Juniper Routers and switches, Cisco, Juniper and Fortigate firewalls and F5 LTM and GTM.● Co-ordination with Vendors and ISP’s for reporting any issue and if required T-shoot the same with them.● Handling internal and external escalation matrix to follow process and procedure as per agreed SLA.● Driving team meetings to discuss and optimize new methods of handling network changes and troubleshooting procedures.
