During my tenure as the Founder and Director of Pankaj Power Solutions from 2005 to 2014, I steered the company to become a prominent player in the electronics manufacturing industry. Our core expertise lay in the pioneering development of cutting-edge technologies, with a specialized focus on static stabilizers based on Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) technology. Additionally, we excelled in the creation of power-saving solutions tailored for high mass applications, as well as the production of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units. Notably, we played a pivotal role in revolutionizing the retail petroleum sector in Hardiwar, Uttarakhand, India, through the implementation of advanced automation systems. Furthermore, we undertook the noteworthy task of designing and manufacturing IGBT-based battery chargers for the esteemed Indian Railways. During my tenure as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Pankaj Electronics from 1998 to 2005, I spearheaded the strategic formulation and execution of sales and marketing endeavors across the East and West Indian regions. With a specialized emphasis on power electronic components, I adeptly navigated through a spectrum of industries including telecommunications, railways, wind, solar, defence, and aerospace.I continuously sought a standard of excellence during my time at Pankaj Electronics, supported by a deep knowledge of the power electronics industry. This led to a demonstrated history of advancing sales and marketing initiatives in a multicultural and fiercely competitive environment. My professional attitude is centred on my unshakable dedication to producing real outcomes and developing long-lasting client connections, and it still guides my behaviour today.
