I have 3 year experience in SAP EWM/WM Module and my Key Responsiblities is* Managing end to end stores activity on daily basis.* Responsible for stores operation and line feeding.* Reconcillation of gate entry vs GRN on daily Basis.* Daily make GRN in SAP and transfer posting in SAP.* Exprience in all type of store activities in SAP like(MIGO's like good receipt,good issue, transfer posting,stock transfer one unit to another unit, return delivery to vendor etc.)* Checking incoming material for quality,quantity against invoice/Purchase order.* Ensure safety instructions and guidelines for proper storage and identification of material.* Monthly basis physical stock Vs SAP. * Implement better material handling and storage system.* Forward invoices after GRN further account department for the payment to vendors. *Create Sales order and Outbond delivery in SAP.* Create Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order in SAP.* Use t-code like (VA01,VL01N,VL02N,ME21N,ME51N,MIGO)* Make invoices on daily basis.* Make Quotation and send to the costumer.* Co-ordinate with the delivery boy to send the Finish Goods material to the Customers.* Maintain 5's,FIFO,Safety in store area. * Strictly maintain FIFO on shelf life parts. * To ensure error free sap posting for each activity.* To follow up material return process with Inwarding of material with QA approval.*Knowledge of sales co-ordinator.* Knowledge of Netsuite Oracle.* Knowledge of Netsuite Oracle end user support.* Knowledge of MI-SAP ERP.
