In this role I have the privilege of working on the world's largest outsourcing contract with overall Commercial, Operational and Service Delivery for all Database and Middleware Services to the Shell Customer and responsibility for near 100 staff.I am proud to be at the forefront in delivering the following key projects/achievements.* Ongoing redesign and evolution of multiple Services hosted on Private Hybrid Cloud and Public Cloud* Transition of Service Operations from Malaysia to India * Implementation of innovative solutions and automation efficiencies to drive down costs in a challenging climate.* Implementation of Agile / Scrum methodologies and processes across all Database and Middleware Services.* Focal point in contract and benchmarking discussions to ensure Services remain competitive and at the forefront of T-Systems Portfolio.* Proven track record of successful delivery of Services year on year constantly exceeding budgetary revenue and cost targets whilst meeting all agreed Service CSL's and KPIs

Managing the Global delivery of Database Services (infrastructure hosting and storage) to the end Shell business customer, ensuring T-Systems internal units are aligned to customer requirements and so ensuring delivery of all services within an ITIL service framework and to agreed Critical Service Levels and Key Performance IndicatorsWorking alongside colleagues to design and implement Database New Service Developments tailored to fit Shell business requirements with key responsibilities on commercial and service aspects of developents.Managing the Database Service Catalogue to deliver ever evolving services to take advantage of technology advancements and changing business customer needs. Working in tandem with Architecture, Operations and Shell CSM to continuously develop and maintain product roadmaps.
