 Owning End-to-End Product Innovation, Development and Support of the Compensations product having more than one million users across 90+ countries. Implementing the company’s short and long-term vision across multiple systems, product –based solutions involving design, development, testing, UAT, delivery and operational support Accountable for product innovation and process improvement, defining the product scope. Acted as SME and redesigned invoice and statement generation for multiple countries with achieving reusability and 100% automation. Independently handled and delivered complex, critical, and high visibility projects with zero issue after Go-Live  Initiated and drove innovation for process improvement of achieving time saved and reducing much manual effort by automating the process. Resolved more than 200 high and medium incidents till now with in SLA. Developed new/modify Package and Procedure to get the required data for BI report as well as to use in core DB for application needs as a part of Projects. Apply code changes within Package/Procedure to improve the Performance of database and BI reports. Developed new/modify BI reports and Configure SMA jobs to automate the BI reports and data load. Written Unix shell scripts to run jobs in parallel. Coordination in oracle migration from Oracle 12c to Oracle 19c as well as BI Publisher migration from version 11 to 12 and to validate the current version from previous one to make sure nothing breaks.
