• Engine installation in test cell, Running the test and delivering quality data with focus on safety & technical productivity.• Expert in Hydraulic & Eddy Current dynamometer test cell• Conduct / Monitor Routine test & Performance test of Diesel Engines given by project manager as per IS standard.• Expert in manual engine testing: calculate torque, power, SFC of engine during the testing. • Installation & removal of engine in test cell & also repair and modify the test cell.• Assembly & dis-assembly of engine as per test requirement.• Calibration of Hydraulic & Eddy current Dynamometer.• Expertise in black light engine testing to find any leakage (Oil, coolant & fuel• Implementing quality standards & structured processes / internal control plans for manufacturing operations.• Give daily production plan to operators & allotment of work to operators as per process and compliance with following given procedure chart, quality standard.• Identifying & solve the production related complaints using CAPA & why-why analysis.• Investigate and analyze problems and device solutions that save money, time, and materials.• Design and develop new systems, processes & equipment to ensure manufacturing is efficient & effective.• Evaluating production activities & calculating time study of production process to optimizing productivity.• Leading & handling 25 persons batch effectively.• Work instruction preparation as per processes & ensuring that all operators follow instructions.• Successfully execute 5 ‘S’ & Inventory control program as well as Kaizen & CII program. • Maintain & documentation of ISO 9001:2015 system.
