Role & Responsibility Pre dispatch inspection of architectural components (cabinet handles , mortise handle ,faucet andsanitary handle and aluminium profiles etc….)• Ensure Suppler Quality meets with customer satisfaction/ crieteria• Handle to all QMS documentation and handle to internal and external customers and ISO 9001 :2015 audits• Maintain In-process inspection (Die-casting, Machining)• Responsible to all pre dispatch inspection and all customer complain solving and maintain CAPA and analysis to repeated complain solving• Hands on Experience with Dealing 15 Quality inspectors• Maintain all departments KPI every month.• Review PPR for NPD items• Validate to all process parameters like ( plating , lacquers ,anodizing ) and approve Sample & lot• Taking MOM meeting twice in a month with all responsible Department head• Perform to NDT testing like ( pencil hardness test, acetone rube test , plating and coating thickness and SST testing

Role & Responsibilities• • Responsible for Quality and discipline.• quality and In-process related documents.• Responsible for internal audit.• Analysis of internal rejection and its controlling.• Make document like product layout and Process revalidation.• Customer complaints Root cause analysis, Action plan & effectiveness monitoring.• Suggesting countermeasures monitoring for the problems.• Implementation of corrective and preventive action on shop floor product quality related problem.• Review of daily rejection defect analysis, recording & taking actions to avoid reoccurrence.• Solving product quality related problems by doing KAIZENS.• Inspection of parts and testing of parts as per standard.• Maintain all documents as per IATF standard and monthly MIS..• Awareness training to new operator and shift in charge quality related issues likes aesthetic defects,part• Find defects in Pcb electronic component.• Validate process parameter as per standard sheet• Red-bin analysis With CFT team• Generate WHY-WHY Analysis & 4m report• Monitor & control Repeated issue• Gathering in MOM meeting
