- Lead Engineer for Pipe Stress Engineering- Responsible for and manage the technical interfaces with the other disciplines - Responsible to incorporate the specific technical requirements in the Piping engineering design- Participate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports and follow required checking procedures- Ensure the project scope is clear and that changes comply with project change management processes- Ensure the project manhours and produce change logs as and when required- Stress analysis using CAESAR II and Rohr 2 (Static and dynamic)- Preparation of critical line list, stress analysis procedure- Selection of supports, special supports, springs, expansion joints and struts- Pipe support and pipe rack loading to civil/structural- Coordination with clients, inter-intra disciplines- 3D model review, vendor drawing review- IFC isometric checking- Qualification of equipment nozzle loads (Pumps, compressors, pressure vessels, storage tanks, columns and towers, heat exchangers, filters.

Key responsibilities :• Pipe stress analysis (High-pressure high-temperature lines) using CAESAR II• Selection of primary supports, springs (Weitzenmann), expansion joints, special supports• Simplified stress analysis• Preparing stress documents, data sheets• Coordinating with PDMS designers, civil/structural engineers, client• Suggesting routine changes as per stress analysis• Providing piping load data to civil/structural discipline

• Piping, valve, and stress analysis specification, MTO, Datasheets,• Equipment layout, Piping GA, Isometric drawing checking• Guiding and mentoring team of designers to complete the project• Coordinating with other disciplines• Carrying out man-hour estimation and project schedule for proposals• Vendor document review, disciplinary document checking• Preparing stress reports, stress isometric markup, nozzle, and trunnion load calculation,• Selection of pipe supports, spring/hanger, special pipe supports,• Coordinating with designers to modify routing as per stress analysis using Navisworks,• Providing piping loads to structure/civil department,

• Designing of pressure vessels, filters, H.R.S.C.C/clarifiers,• Preparation of equipment layout, piping G.A., isometric drawings, skid fabrication drawings,• BOM / MTO of bulk piping items, valves.• Preparation of datasheets of piping specialty items and valves.• Updating/development/review of P&ID, PFD• Co-ordinate with discipline engineers, consultants, clients, suppliers/vendors • Site erection, installation, inspection and commissioning.
