 Working as Production team leader.  Planning & execution of batches as per production plan and availability of equipments and facility. Make sure that products are produced on time and with desired quality. Provide operational support in commercial, development/ scale-up and validation batches. Preparation, filling, checking and review of BPR/BCR, logbooks, and other production related documents. Preparation of daily & monthly production report. Preparation of process validation protocol and report. Preparation of qualification reports of new and old equipments as and when required. Perform QAMS activity like change control, deviation and CAPA through Trackwise software. Investigate batch failures and take suitable CAPA to prevent recurring failures. Timely reporting of all deviations and find out root cause for the same. Preparation and revision of Standard operating procedure as and when required.  Preparation of Development/ scale-up reports on the basis of data generated during scale-up batches and their observation. Ensuring prudent deployment of all workmen as per production plan and training to workmen on shop floor to perform better.  Training to subordinates and technicians as per requirement and training need matrix to update the skills and knowledge of team. Create awareness about Standard operating procedures, product and safety requirements. To ensure plant safety in our day to day operation and smooth running of the plant. Ensure Raw Material stock availability as per batch plans. Member of emergency response team, to work as core member in emergency situation. Modification of equipment for better efficiency or as per requirement. Liaison with various support functions like QA/QC, maintenance, instrument department etc. for carrying out smooth operations.  Scale-up process with the help of data given by R & D. Exposure of Hazardous Chemicals like HCl, Sulphuric Acid, Bromin, Thionyl Chloride, Nitric Acid etc. Exposure of Various types of cylinders Nitrogen, Hydrogen, N- Butyl Lithium, Ammonia, Anhydrous HCl etc. Exposure of hydrogenation, pressure reactions and catalyst Pd/c, Raney nickel etc. Exposure of Lab experiments in Glass flask, Buchi rotary evaporator, Lab scale equipments etc. Handling of equipments as per standard operating procedures. Exposure of equipments like Reactors (SS, GLR, Hastelloy), Vacuum Pumps, Pumps, Filters (Sparkler Filter, Pressure Nutsche filter, Centrifuge, ANFD), Dryers (FBD, Tray Dryers, VTD, RVD), Multimill, Sifter, Airjet Mill, Comill etc.
