Working for my family business of manufacturing Hydrocoiioids, established various facilities for production of gums like Guar, Cassia, Psyllium etc. Also established the cosmetics division in the group with core competence of formulation design and development. I spearheaded the R&D in various fields including gum extracts, fermented polysaccharides, plant based proteins, non chemical microbes free production and above all, the Super Critical Fluid Extractions (SCFE).My strength lies in my flair of being ‘proactive’ instead of being ‘reactive’ to the changing trends and capturing evolving innovations in the Polysaccharide science, and the phyto extraction by SCFE.If designing additives is an art, I’m an artist !!
