Worked on a conversion tool called Agent Conversion Tool. This tool converts business logic stored in a binary format into C# code. Evaluated various approaches, architected, designed and did implementation of this complex conversion tool. Came up with a two step approach to convert the code. This reduced time to market and development effort.Solved some of the challenging problems like expression evaluation in the project.Worked on a multi-threaded C++ server component.

Worked on my releases as a senior software engineer.Added features like Converting non-Unicode DB to Unicode.Converted code so as to support Unicode.Fixed ship-killer issues of the project.Successfully delivered enhancements of a product called Toolkit as a team lead. Contributed with design and implementation of some features as an individual contributor as well.Toolkit is a customization tool for all the Pivotal CRM suite of applications. It allows writing customized business logic for the production system by providing various capabilities. It’s a complex product written in C++ and some part in C#.
